  • A team of providers that have expert training in diabetes manage-ment.
  • Continuous glucose monitoring, CGM. The CGM is a small device that is placed and worn for 10-14 days recording all blood glucoses. This is then downloaded and reviewed to show what your glucose numbers are doing during the whole 10-14 days period worn.
