Office Information

PIMA serves patients 15 years of age and up across the Permian Basin in the new office which is located at 403 Pittsburg Avenue, Odessa, TX, 79761. We are open Monday through Friday with morning office hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and afternoon hours of 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM . If patient needs immediate care, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

If you need to make an appointment, please call our office at (432)332-3400, and our staff will be happy to assist you. You may also request an appointment from the Athena Patient Portal as well. You are able to access the patient portal from our website or by going to http://9460.portal.athenahealth.com Please note that you must register and create your portal login in advance. If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency department.
